What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3pm and you just go straight to the house with your credentials that will be sent a few days prior to your arrival. Arriving late? No problem.
Check-out is 10am. Sometimes late check-outs may be accommodated if schedules align for housekeeping and our next guest arrival. Call guest support at 888-512-0498.
What do we do when leaving?
Let our housekeepers take care of you! We appreciate your leaving things as tidy and clean as you found them, but there’s no need for you to strip beds, run the dishwasher, or take out trash. Do remember to log out of any of your own accounts on the Roku TVs (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, but leave us logged in to Sling, please and thank you).
General house information
Main Floor
Rocking Chair Front Porch. Relax and enjoy the mountain air. Perfect spot for sipping morning coffee or evening bourbon.
Entry Hall. Turnkey tablet rests here. Toss your keys, wallet, and worries in a basket and relax. Of course, no key necessary with keyless entry located at the side door.
Coat Closet. Next to the front door. For winter stays, find a snow shovel and ice melt here. Umbrellas for those surprise storms, but why not just sit on the Rocking Chair Front Porch and listen to the thunder roll?
Powder Room. Between the front door and side door.
Dining Room. 8-foot table is your perfect place for jigsaw puzzles, games, and group meals. Heat things up with the gas fireplace, at the flip of a switch (located to the right of the hearth). Your first Sonos Play is here, on the console by the side door. Another Sonos Play is upstairs in the hall.
Kitchen. Coffee is above the Keurig, in the corner cabinet. Pods are compostable! For group servings, try the French Press or the large brewer pot (tucked in the Pantry). Dishes are on display, to give you more room for food storage. Need more? Shelves in the Pantry are all yours. Grill is located in the Basement, in the Garage (please roll outside to use, then back inside when you’re done, please and thank you).
Laundry & Pantry. Store extra provisions here, and find large pot coffee brewer, iron, ironing board, and cleaning supplies (for those little oopses–otherwise, we hope you’ll let our housekeepers take care of you). Washer and dryer are simple to operate. Detergent is in the upper cabinet to the left of the washer.
Living Room. Game time, movie time, nap time. Games are in baskets behind the sofa, beneath the window. That sofa folds into a queen bed–custom sheets to fit the gel mattress are kept in the Master Bedroom closet. Roku TV is equipped with Sling, just like the Roku TVs in the Master Bedroom and upstairs in the Rosé Room and the Navy Room (both king bedrooms). You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts. Remember to log out before you leave Weaver Villa. Until then, grab a throw from the blanket ladder and get comfy.
Master Bedroom & Bath. Another Roku TV. Dresser in the walk-in closet, along with sheets for the sofa bed, extra blankets and pillows, and room for all your vacation attire. Bath has two separate sinks and vanities, a private water closet, and a walk-in shower. Need a tub? Hall Bath upstairs has you covered.
Second Floor
Hall. Here you’ll find another Sonos Play, tucked under the leather window bench.
Hall Bath. Tub for soaking or bathing kiddos. Hamper for towels, etc.
Hall Closet. Top of the stairs, all yours. Extra towels are here. End of the hall, housekeeping storage. Lots more storage space for you in the walk-in closets located in the Rosé Room and Navy Room.
Three bedrooms upstairs, two king, one queen. Go ahead, Goldilocks, you got here first, so try them all before you choose yours.
Rosé Room. Top of the stairs, turn right, door on the right at the end of the Hall. Roku TV, walk-in closet. King bed. Get your Savasana on in these luxury linens.
Navy Room. Top of the stairs, turn right, door on the left at the end of the Hall. Roku TV, walk-in closet. King bed.
Citron Room. Top of the stairs, turn left, door on the left near the window. Coziest room in the house (and one of our personal favs)! Queen bed.
Basement
More guest space coming soon! Zero construction zone for now, to give you all the quiet and clean you deserve.
Garage. You’ll find the grill here. Please roll outside when using, then roll back in when not using. Thanks for not parking in the Garage or in the driveway, but on one of two spacious pads instead. Games there too! Enjoy a round of cornhole or badminton on the parking pad on those days you just want to stay home.
Firepit. Roast marshmallows and drink hot toddies under the star-filled sky. Remember for everyone’s safety, put out your fire before retiring for the evening.
